• 1. Bedrooms

  There are 3 bedrooms - all on the ground floor.

  AC, Wi-Fi and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms.

  All rooms have king-sized beds.

  There are balconies attached in 2 of the bedrooms.

• 2. Bathrooms

  There are 4 bathrooms in the villa - 3 attached, 1 common.

  All attached bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

  The common bathroom is open to sky, and does not have a geyser.

• 3. Common Areas

  There are 2 living rooms with seating for up to 10 and 8 people respectively.

  They are equipped with an AC, a TV and a music system.

  The dining area seats up to 8 people and offers AC.

  There is a lawn with seating for up to 20 people.

  The lawn is more than 10,000 sq ft. in size.

  There is a terrace with seating for up to 20 people.

  There is a balcony attached to the living room with seating for 6 people.

  There is a swimming pool.

  The pool is 30x12 ft. in size and 5.2 ft. in depth.

  There is a barbecue area outside the living room, which seats up to 12 people.

• 4. Kitchen

  The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, a water filter, a toaster, a mixer-grinder, an electric kettle, a refrigerator and a microwave.

  Crockery and cutlery are available.

  Guests do not have access to the kitchen.

Other Features

• 1. Food

  All meals are available at an additional cost on an a la carte basis. The caretaker can prepare meals for the guests.

  Guests can also eat out in nearby restaurants such as Hotel Sai Samadhan Family Restaurant, Khalsa Punjabi Dhaba, The Family Cafe and Hotel Kinara.

• 2. Guest Access

  The guests have access to the entire villa.In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

• 3. Interaction With Guests

  The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

• 4. Staff Accomodation

  We are able to provide accommodation for 2 staff members at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 plus taxes per person, per day. The staff will be accommodated in the staff quarters

• 5. Activities

  Within the property, guests can enjoy a swim, a peaceful read, enjoy board games or play outdoor games like cricket and badminton. They can also request for a bonfire to be lit up.

• 6. Home Truths

  While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!

  The villa is located in a relatively secluded area, 30 km. away from Pune.

  Guests are advised not to step out after dark, as it may not be safe, given the location of the villa in a relatively secluded area.

  This property is not suitable for pets.

  There is a CCTV camera installed in the common areas for security purposes.

  All washbasins have cold water only.

  In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the basic lights and fans for up to 4 hours.

  The caretaker stays in the premises of the same property.

  WiFi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time.

  Open House is located in the eastern part of Pune, Ahmednagar-Pune Highway near Shikrapur. Pune, the 8th largest metropolis of India is also referred to as the Oxford of the East. It is now an IT hub and one of the country’s most desired places to build a start-up. So, while you’re having your luxurious stay at Open House, here are a few nearby places and activities we recommend to make your stay even more memorable.

• 9. House Rules

  Drinking is allowed only outdoors.

  Smoking is allowed only outdoors.

  Pets are not allowed.

• 10. Policies

  The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.

  The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.

  Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.

  All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.

  All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.

  Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.

  Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.

  Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.

  A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.

  This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
